Our Mission
Our mission is to support farmers and agribusinesses in Ghana by enhancing productivity, quality, and market access across the entire agricultural value chain—from production to processing and distribution. We aim to boost the competitiveness and sustainability of the sector by promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and strategic collaboration.
Our Objectives
Eligreen Agric and Agribusiness Hub advocates for agriculture in government policy, empowers farmers through training and support, promotes agribusiness startups, facilitates access to funding, and showcases innovation through exhibitions. We’re committed to boosting productivity, quality, and market access across Ghana’s agricultural value chain. Join us at our flagship summit from October 13–15, 2025, as we drive innovation and growth in Ghana’s agriculture sector.
Eligreen Agric and Agribusiness Hub is a Ghanaian initiative founded by Sophia Karen Edem Ackuaku, former Member of Parliament for the Domeabra Obom Constituency in the Ga South District. The hub is dedicated to empowering women and youth in agriculture by providing access to training, funding, markets, and technology. Through strategic partnerships, policy advocacy, and flagship events like its annual summit, Eligreen is championing the growth of an inclusive, sustainable, and prosperous agribusiness ecosystem in Ghana.
What We Offer
The official launch was attended by queen mothers from various tribes, market queens, women from Zongo communities, youth representatives, the Chamber of Commerce in Agribusiness, technical experts, Exim Bank officials, and former ministers.
Eligreen Agric and Agribusiness Hub empowers women and youth through advocacy, training, and support—building a vibrant, inclusive agribusiness ecosystem of growth and opportunity.
